Virtual Realty Assistants places trained, dedicated assistants with businesses across the United States — real estate and title firms, mortgage offices, accounting practices, trades and home service companies, and owners buying or selling a business. We are based out of Keller Williams Memorial in Houston, Texas.
This page is who runs the company, how we choose the people we place, and what we hold ourselves to after they start.
The team behind the scenes, matching you with the right assistant and supporting you afterward.
Our Operations Manager and our Training & Marketing Director both started as virtual assistants at VRA — they came up through the same training your assistant does.

In our most recent cohort, 0.89% of applicants finished training and passed the final evaluation. We let more people into training than will finish, because the filter that decides it is hands-on performance, not a polished résumé.
Every assistant keeps access to the VRA Skills Accelerator — specialty tracks, hands-on challenges, and professional certifications from platforms including Anthropic, Google, IBM, HubSpot, Semrush and PMI. When your business needs a skill your assistant does not have yet, they go and get it. We commit to every assistant being 90% proficient in your own CRM within five business days of starting.
In that order. A strong personal foundation is what makes the work worth doing, and it shows in how we treat a client relationship. The five things we ask of ourselves: integrity, excellence in service, proactivity, resourcefulness, accountability.
A portion of the proceeds from every placement goes to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, because giving back is part of how we do business.
