Virtual Realty Assistants is hunting for an elite, remote Outbound Appointment Setter to join our fast-growing, international growth team. We provide the leads; you provide the execution. Whether you're an experienced closer or a driven self-starter ready to be trained, this role is designed for you.
You won't waste hours prospecting from scratch. We supply the data so you can focus entirely on outreach and booking.
Our internal sales reps convert at an 80% clip — closing 8 out of 10 qualified calls you book. Your hard work turns into real payouts instead of dying in a broken funnel.

You'll go through our structured Speed to Lead sales training and certification before you ever dial a lead — so you're set up to convert, not just guessing at a script.

Book 10 shows a week. If our reps close 8 of them as Full-Time hires, you make $500 upfront + $4,000 in predictable, recurring payouts over the next 5 months.
Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required — we'll get you fully trained and certified through our Speed to Lead program before you start dialing.
