Transparent, Flat-Rate Virtual Assistant Pricing

No matter your industry or the skills your VA specializes in, pricing doesn't change — no tiers, no upcharges, just one flat rate for reserved hours, not a per-task menu.

★★★★★ I would say, honestly, she's already paid for her first year of work. Clay Stagg · River Road Reservations
Before the Price

When the Work Is There but the Salary Isn’t

The inbox, the scheduling, the invoicing and the follow-up all still need doing, and none of it is the work you are good at. The business does not support another salary yet, so it lands on your evenings instead.

That is the gap these two plans are built for. Hiring means payroll taxes, benefits, equipment and weeks of recruiting before anyone does a day’s work. A trained virtual assistant on a flat monthly rate sits between enduring the admin and hiring for it — a named assistant, reserved hours you set, and the time back that growing the business actually takes. The training that makes that possible happens before placement, at our cost — who pays to train your virtual assistant.

$1,500/month
Full-Time VA
  • 40 hours/week
  • Hours set by you, evenings or overnight if you need them — no after-hours upcharge
  • No setup fee, no onboarding fee, no overage charges
  • Dedicated to you — a full-time assistant works for your business and no one else
  • Invoiced on the 20th of each month
Best for: ongoing admin, CRM management, full inbox/calendar ownership, real estate transaction coordination, or any business that needs a consistent full-day presence.
$800/month
Part-Time VA
  • 20 hours/week
  • Hours set by you, evenings or overnight if you need them — no after-hours upcharge
  • No setup fee, no onboarding fee, no overage charges
  • Your own named assistant, not a shared pool or a rotating queue — a part-time assistant may hold one other part-time placement to make up a full week
  • Invoiced on the 20th of each month
Best for: easing into delegation, seasonal support, or lighter task loads like social media, email triage, or appointment setting. It is there for anyone not ready to commit to a full week — and moving up later books your assistant’s whole week to you.
Part-time and full-time both include: Your VA's reserved hours, hands-on matching & onboarding to get you paired with the right person from day one, and ongoing VRA support with check-ins at 14/30/60/90 days — no hidden fees, ever. No setup or onboarding fee, no charge for going over, no per-task menu, and no upcharge for a bilingual assistant or a shift outside standard business hours. The monthly figure above is the whole cost, and everything is walked through upfront in your free consultation. If your VA is not the right fit, you can swap in a different VA at any point, at no extra cost — we're focused on finding you a long-term teammate, not just filling a seat. Both plans run on a three-month commitment. Need to adjust after that? Revisit hours and scope once it is complete, and increased coverage is available at any time. If an assistant ever has to be replaced, the written procedures they built stay with your business and the next one works from the same documents.
Why we publish it: You should be able to decide whether this fits your budget before you spend time on a call. Many staffing agencies won’t quote a rate until after a discovery call, and many charge more for specialized talent. VRA’s rate is the same whether your VA works in title and escrow, real estate, hospitality, or home services — a full-time assistant for less than part-time local help often costs.
