What We Collect
We collect two kinds of information: what you send us through a form, and what our analytics tools record about how pages are used.
Information you give us. Our forms ask for different things depending on what you came for:
- Needs Assessment: your name, email, phone, business name, industry, the hours you are considering, where your time is going and what is getting in the way.
- Contact form: your name, email, phone and message.
- Bilingual waitlist: your name, email, phone, business name and industry.
- Delegation guide downloads: your email, and your business name on some versions.
Information collected automatically. Our analytics tools record how pages are used — which pages are visited, how long they take to load, where visitors click and scroll. This is behavioral, not personal: we do not ask these tools to identify you.
Who Processes It
- Formspree receives and forwards every form submission on this site. It is the first place your submission lands before it reaches our inbox.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page performance and traffic. It is cookie-free and reports in aggregate.
- Google Analytics measures traffic and how visitors move through the site — which pages are visited, where visitors arrive from, and which pages lead to a consult booking. It uses cookies to recognize a returning visit. Google’s privacy policy covers what it does with that data: policies.google.com/privacy.
- Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used, including session replays and heatmaps of clicks and scrolling. Clarity masks the contents of form fields by default, so what you type into a form is not part of a replay. Clarity uses cookies to recognize a returning session. Microsoft’s own privacy statement covers what it does with that data: privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement.
How We Use It
Form submissions are used to answer you, to understand what kind of support you are looking for, and to follow up about it. Analytics are used to work out which pages are useful and which are confusing, and to fix the confusing ones.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the processors named above and the people at VRA who need it to respond to you.
Cookies and Opting Out
This site sets cookies through Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies.
If you would rather not be recorded, you can block or clear cookies for this site in your browser, use your browser’s private or incognito mode, or send a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, which Clarity honors. Google Analytics does not respond to Do Not Track; to opt out of it specifically, Google publishes a browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Blocking them does not affect anything on this site that you can use.
How Long We Keep It
We keep form submissions for as long as we are in contact with you about your inquiry, and for as long as we need them for our own records afterwards. Analytics data is kept according to each provider’s retention schedule. If you want your submission deleted, ask us and we will delete it.
Your Choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@vrealtyassistants.com and tell us what you want done. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor those.
Children
This site is for business owners. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Our Recruiting Site
Applications to work as a virtual assistant are handled on a separate site, www.vrealtyassistants.com, which has its own privacy policy. This policy does not cover it.
Changes
If we change how this site collects or uses information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
