Every assistant completes a mandatory 4-week, instructor-led training program before touching client work, and exceptional English communication skills are a requirement to be hired at VRA. Bilingual means a second language on top of that standard, not instead of it.
$1,500 a month full-time, $800 part-time. No tiered pricing and no upcharge for bilingual or specialized talent, subject to applicable agreement terms.
When the cohort graduates we match against what you tell us here — the work, the hours, and why you need Spanish — and you meet candidates before deciding anything. There is no commitment, no deposit and no agreement to sign to be on the list.
