What Your VA Does, Day to Day
- Imports title commitments from Marketplace into the file, and hyperlinks them for easy reference.
- Pre-closing file review and checklist support — commitments, buyer, seller and lender information, tax certificates, tax statements and payoff statements.
- Administrative updates to Schedule C after entity documents have been reviewed and approved by the appropriate title professional or underwriter.
- Underwriter coordination — preparing and sending buyer and seller documents for review and approval.
- Lender coordination — gathering and delivering the documents lenders require.
- Marketing support, where a county office needs it — social media management that keeps you visible to agents and lenders.
Who’s Already Doing It
An escrow operations president who advises Texas title agencies on compliance started with one VRA virtual assistant. She now has three, and has referred clients of her own to VRA.
A Texas title company president had questions at the start. At her 60-day check-in: “I wasn't sure how it was going to work out in the beginning, but she's taken direction really well. She is a self-starter, and she's finding things that we didn't expect her really to find.”
At another title company, a VRA virtual assistant runs social media management — without pulling closers and processors off their files.
Why the Work Holds Up
- A mandatory 4-week, instructor-led training program before any client work — Qualia for VAs headed to title teams, plus the contract documents, timelines and file-review procedures a closing file runs on, with state-specific contract training for Texas and Florida.
- VRA trains title VAs in Qualia. The closing workflow is the same in any title production system, so if your office runs SoftPro or another platform, we commit to 90% proficiency in your systems within 5 business days of starting with you.
- Exceptional English communication skills are a requirement to be hired at VRA. Spanish–English bilingual VAs are available at the same flat rate.
- Every assistant comes through screening, hands-on training and a final evaluation — in our most recent cohort, 16 out of 1,800.
- Once you select your assistant, they can start within 24 hours of selection.
- Check-ins at 14, 30, 60 and 90 days. If one surfaces a skill you need, we train your VA in it rather than swapping in someone new — and if the fit is wrong, you can swap at any point, at no extra cost.
- VRA carries a $1 million Errors & Omissions insurance policy.
What It Costs

How this works: VRA virtual assistants provide administrative and operational support under the direction of the client. They do not provide legal advice, underwriting decisions, escrow authority, or services requiring professional licensure. Access and permissions are determined by the client and are subject to the client’s security, confidentiality, and compliance procedures.
