We are with a very seasoned, great closer, Debbie Yates. Debbie has one of our virtual assistants. Debbie, in the beginning I know you had some questions about where the value would come in in having a virtual assistant. So now you've had your virtual assistant for 60 days. Do you see the value in having a virtual assistant?

Debbie Yates

I do. She's doing a great job. I wasn't sure how it was going to work out in the beginning, but she's taken direction really well. She is a self-starter, and she's finding things that we didn't expect her really to find. So, she's doing a great job.
