How is your VA doing for you?

Elle Haynes

My VA has changed the way that I operate as a whole. When I brought on my VA, I thought she'd do tedious basic tasks around the office to free up my time — simply things that I didn't care to do. But instead of this entry-level associate that I thought I was getting, I got a game changer. A professional. A true professional. She has come in and she's doing things in my day-to-day operation that I could have never even imagined her doing. And on top of all of that, she helped me rebrand. Actually, she led the effort to rebrand. Not only did she help me with the website and things like that, she went as far as researching the colors, how they affect the psyche, the pictures that were put on the site and how they pull you in. She literally gave me a full report on a site. Mind you, in our industry we have people that do sites for just title companies. She had the assistance and the guidance of those people, but she's done it on her own. She's taken so much initiative, and she treats my company like it's her own. She comes up with ideas, we brainstorm together and we come up with solutions together, and it's just been awesome. She's been a breath of fresh air.
