We're with Erica, and John is also her partner in this, with High Point Mortgage, and they have a VA, Kate. How is Kate doing for you?
Kate is phenomenal. She is quick. She is eager and she does everything that we ask her to do efficiently, which is extremely important.
And you're on your first 30 days and you're still learning new ways to use her, because you're a mortgage company and there are some regulations that are part of this, and so working through that, because your job is to build relationships with the real estate agents and also make sure that you have client satisfaction from the mortgage customers.
