We're here with Hannah, who is with Keller Williams Heritage, and you have a VA named Venus. How long has Venus been with you?
I believe we are close to our 90-day mark at this point — if not, maybe 60 days at this point. Honestly, I feel like I've worked with her the entire time. Time has flown. But I think maybe 60 days at this point.
It is. And how is she doing for you?
She has been amazing. She has been way more self-sufficient than I could have ever asked for. She's been able to take this job by the reins and really take it into her own control. I really only have to give her direction, and after learning our processes and systems over those first two weeks she was able to take the tasks that I was giving her and really run with it. She's taken a lot of notes, recorded every Zoom meeting that we've had, so any time she does have questions she always refers back to the notes or the videos first. And really the only questions she is asking me are approval to send things out, if it looks up to our standards — and there hasn't really been any time that it hasn't been. So she was able to learn our brand, learn our processes super quickly, and then apply them immediately to work.
