All right, we are here with James. James is in the mortgage world and he has Laurenz, and you've had him now for 90 days. Would you say that he takes ownership of the role that you've given him?

James Del Bosque

Oh, absolutely. Yeah. Every task that I have given Laurenz, he has been able to take initiative, and he has taken complete ownership of that task, and he has excelled at the tasks that have been given to him.

Michael Bossart

So there are some limitations on what a virtual assistant can do for a mortgage provider. What is an example of one of the major tasks that you give him?

James Del Bosque

Well, one of the biggest tasks that I have right now is just keeping up and answering emails. He has been able to take ownership of an inbox for me, and he has been able to keep on top of that inbox and respond back to clients and referral partners. And he's done a really good job with that.

Michael Bossart

So you're not missing anything through the cracks because you have him.

James Del Bosque

Absolutely. Yeah, we're not missing anything at this point. Keeping on top of emails is really important, and that's part of the business. When we get busy, a lot of things seem to fall between the cracks because we're doing multiple things and multiple tasks. And Laurenz has been very helpful in keeping on top of those things.

Michael Bossart

Right. So would you recommend VRA?

James Del Bosque

Absolutely.
