Ken Foster rates his virtual assistant Jerome an A+ two weeks in, and describes the calendaring, email triage and follow-up Jerome had already taken on.
Full transcript of the video above. Speaker names added; wording is as spoken.
All right, we are here with Ken Foster. Ken has had his VA with us for 14 days. We do a check-in on day 14, day 30, day 60, and day 90. He has Jerome. So, in 14 days, how are you rating your VA, Ken?
A+.
A+. What's he doing for you?
He's doing all my calendaring. He's keeping me on track. He's going through my emails, calling me, WhatsApp-ing me, making sure I know — when I'm on the road driving all the time — what's important in my emails, what I need to take action on. If I don't make a phone call to somebody during the day, he makes sure it's in front of me first thing the next morning that I still need to make that phone call. He's doing marketing. He's doing exactly what I asked him to do, which is being very proactive in devising systems to get me in front of more people, to make more money.
Very good. That's what we want to hear.
