At 60 days, Ken Foster on the training VRA keeps giving assistants after placement, and an assistant who got a fast start and has kept on improving.

Well, we're here with Ken Foster today. Ken and Montse are great agents of ours, have been with me for years, and they have one of our virtual assistants, Jerome. They're on day 60, and we check in on day 14, day 30, day 60 and day 90 at VRA, Virtual Realty Assistants. And I want to ask you, Ken: how is Jerome doing for you?
Jerome is doing great. Jerome got to a fast start at the beginning and he continues to improve, develop, learn. You guys actually have — and I've told Jerome this — you guys actually have great training programs that keep him in development — stuff like the mindset training that you guys currently had. So he continues to develop and move forward. He's been great. So, can't say enough good about Jerome, but love how you guys keep developing them, too, so that they're moving forward.
