Hi, Michael. Well, first of all, I want to thank you, because Jerome has been one of the most wonderful additions to our team. I am surprised that we didn't take this step earlier. He's incredibly well-trained, professional, has a lot of great energy, and we finally — after 19 years together, actually 22 years combined in this business — we finally feel like our business is going to that next level. And I'm so excited, especially with this market. So I couldn't thank you enough for, you know, just really great training — what you do to make sure that they come on board with our team and deliver excellent service and support, which is huge for us.
